Reservations are highly recommended due to the intimate nature of our dining room. Please fill out the form below to reserve a table at Finestre Modern Gastronomy. We will reply as soon as possible to confirm. 

Please note that the Nine Course Satsuma A5 Japanese Whole Steer Wagyu beef menu is available by reservation only with a minimum of 48 hours notice and must be pre-paid. Credit card details will be required when booking parties of four people or more. All major credit cards are accepted, except Diners. We reserve the right to charge $50 per person for no-shows or if the booking has not been cancelled 24 hours prior to the reservation. A full refund is available if your reservation is cancelled no later than 24 hours in advance.

**Our menu has been designed to provide our guests with a dining experience similar to those which are found in the Michelin-starred restaurants in London and Italy within which our chef has worked. No substitutions will be made without a minimum 48 hour notice for dietary restrictions and must be pre-paid at the time of reservation call-back to insure confirmation.**

Sunday, Monday, & Tuesday:  5 pm - 10 pm

2nd & 4th Saturday of every month:  5 pm - 10 pm
